Up in the top left, we have our order type, which allows us to create different types of purchase requisitions that we can use for reporting purposes. In the middle, we have one line for LCD screens. We will be purchasing 150 of these, assigned to the IT material group. We also have our plant and storage location, as well as the purchasing group, which will be factored into the approval process.
